Step 1: Choose Type of Service

All orders will be packed into aluminum dishes, and include plates, utensils and napkins.
Pick Up 10% gratuity and tax
Your order will be prepared and ready for
pick up at the restaurant at a designated time.
Drop Off Service $30.00 drop off fee, 10% gratuity, tax
We will prepare and deliver your order (within city limits) at a designated time.
Set Up Service $50.00 drop off/set up fee, 15% gratuity, tax
All you have to do is answer the door! We will prepare and deliver your order (within city limits), unpack everything, and set up your meal banquet style.

Step 2: Choose your sides

Whether you’re doing lunch or a dinner party, we’ve got options for you. And for an additional $2.00 per person, we’ll make tortas instead of tacos—or for a buck extra, try one of each. All tacos are made on our fresh, handmade tortillas.
The Guppy Package $14.00 per person
Our basic package includes two tacos per person, with chips and salsa.
For $2 more per person, everybody gets our fresh made guacamole!
The Barracuda Package $20.00 per person
Serve a five-course meal—Barracuda style! Two tacos per person, served with chips, salsa, guacamole, AND our barracuda salad, street rice, and black beans.
The Chicken Package $22.00 per person
(Requires 72 hour notice)
Our baked chicken is brined overnight, rubbed with secret seasoning, and baked to perfection. Instead of our traditional street tacos, the chicken package gets each guest one half of a baked chicken, served with Barracuda street rice, black beans and four handmade tortillas.

Step 3: Choose Your Fillings

Finally, choose two fillings from the following list:

Picadillo

Delicious seasoned ground beef with potatoes, olives, onions, bell peppers, and other spices. PLEASE DON’T THINK TACO BEEF! Topped with pico de gallo and queso fresco.

Chipotle Spiked Brisket

Slow roasted brisket, rubbed with our special seasoning and braised with beer and chipotle pepper. Topped with caramelized onions, salsa fresca, and Oaxacan cheese.

Lengua

Mexico's beloved street food secret and one of the most delectable meats on this planet. If you are not familiar with lengua then ask one of our employees to educate you. Topped with pickled red onions and queso fresco.

Carne A La Plancha

Fajita marinated skirt streak, seared on a comal. Topped with caramelized onions, poblano pepper rajas, and Oaxacan cheese.

Al Pastor

Found at taco stands all across Mexico, this baby is sure to please. Slow roasted pork marinated in a myriad of peppers, along with achiote, pineapple, and spices. Topped with pineapple pico.

Carnitas

Pork prepared in the traditional Michoacan style. These little cubed morsels are crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. Topped with queso fresco and best served simply, with onion, cilantro, and one of our house sauces. Some of the best you'll ever have.

Pollo En Mole

Slow roasted rotisserie chicken smothered in a authentic Oaxacan black mole. Offering you a sweet and spicy side of Mexico. Topped with queso fresco.

Chile Lime Spiked Shrimp

Fresh shrimp sauteed with chiles de arbol and deglazed with lime juice. Topped with our own cabbage slaw and avocado lime crema.

Market Fresh Fish

Whatever is fresh down at the market is what we are serving. You deserve the freshest seafood available so when we run out don't be mad. If you like seafood, get here early! Ask your server for our daily offerings.

The Vegetarian

Rice, black beans, and a mix of sauteed seasonal vegetables typically including market fresh wild mushrooms and squash. Topped with salsa fresca.
